Journey Business Development operates BrightStage Marketing ("BrightStage," "we," or "us"). This notice describes how the current BrightStage website handles information.

Information entered on the website

The inquiry form asks for your name, business or program name, email address, website (optional), base location, service or travel area, program type, audience ages, and the help you are requesting.

The current form does not submit or transmit these details to BrightStage or a backend. They remain in the open page's temporary memory and are lost when you refresh or close the page. If you choose Save Draft, the page downloads a text file to your device; it is not sent to us, and you control that downloaded copy. Please do not enter sensitive information.

Hosting and visitor analytics

Lovable hosts and publishes this website. Lovable's built-in visitor analytics is enabled for the published site. It measures overall traffic, including visits/sessions, page views, visit duration, bounce rate, traffic source, device type, and approximate country.

Lovable says this analytics measures aggregate traffic rather than identifying people, and does not build visitor profiles or follow people across separate visits. Lovable processes app usage data to provide analytics and may use de-identified data to improve its services. Lovable's privacy policy and analytics documentation explain its own practices.

Payments through Stripe

The fixed-price campaign buttons open Stripe-hosted Checkout. Stripe receives information entered into Checkout and transaction data, and may collect information entered even if a checkout is not completed. The information requested depends on the checkout and payment method and may include contact, billing, and payment details.

Stripe provides Journey Business Development with transaction information as the merchant. Stripe also describes its own processing, fraud/security uses, and retention in its privacy policy. This BrightStage website does not collect payment card details.

Storage and retention

The website itself does not receive or keep inquiry-form submissions, and it does not maintain an inquiry database. A downloaded draft stays under your control on your device. Stripe's retention of checkout and transaction data is described in Stripe's privacy policy.
